On a brighty misty morning, Hugh, Mark and Steve arrived at the Stantonbury Leisure Centre before the rush.
After several trips to and from Hugh's car, the stand was put up and populated with our models. We only just had enough to fill the 4 tables! The upstairs room, alongside the cafeteria, soon started to warm up.
Both Hugh and Steve were soon able to place their entries into the competition area.
The temperature soared during the afternoon, with modellers wilting in the 32 degree heat
Roger visited us during the afternoon.

Steve and Hugh strike Gold - again!
Hugh's MG Midget and Steve's abandoned railway truck both struck gold on the competition tables.
In fact, in the race for Best in Show, Steve's Truck came second and Hugh's MG came third!
