Hugh, Andrew and Edward, Jeff and Mark along with Liz, Steve and Tony attended IPMS Milton Keynes model show at Stantonbury Campus, on the Northern aide of Milton Keynes.
After a mix up of tables, we managed to set up the stand and put on a varied display of a wide range of models. Andrew and Hugh entered the competition, while the rest of us rummaged around for those models we really wanted, but didn't really need. There was a brief visitation from Mr & Mrs Stormtrooper, who were I'm sure, looking for a way back to Star Wars. A larger than life Womble-like creature wandered around begging for money for a charity.

Both Hugh and Andrew came away with awards:

Hugh's Salamander won a Silver
in the 1/48 scale class

His Bear did even better, with a Gold
in the 1/144 scale class

Andrew's Ford in military uniform gained a Silver in the 1/72 scale military vehicle class
