This year, The Earley Risers were awarded the Bronze Award in the Best UK Branch Display 2022 competition, for the "Making the most of it" titled stand. The 52+ models on the stand were made by 13 of the members who attended during the weekend of the show.
Here are some closer up images of all the models put together for the stand. Each represents models made from kits that have been produced more than 50 years ago. Most are still in production.

Phil Gains Awards on the Competition Tables
Only Phil managed to win any awards in the IPMS competitions.
He achieved a Gold for his scratch built Czarist Nashikidze-Charon Scout Car, and he was awarded The IPMS Ireland Trophy for his Munster Chieftain figure
