Ian made the effort to arrive first as he had the table covers and wooden display risers closely followed by Phil, Dave R, Hugh and Geoff.
Two tables were available, so set up was fairly quick - except for a near disaster when a member of the neighbouring club knocked transportation boxes over and flattened two of Phil’s planes. Luckily he was able to perform a temporary repair so the planes could be displayed.
The Earley Risers' display comprised 43 models; a mix of cars, motorbikes, planes, tanks, figures and Hugh’s tree with bicycle.
During the morning it was noticed the Tank Transporter SIG had not arrived, so Geoff performed a quick change into his Churchill SIG wear. Then he took over the two spare tables with the collection of Churchill tanks he had brought along.
Only Dave R had any success in the competitions this year receiving a Highly Commended for his Dragster model.

Overall an enjoyable show with a good mix of Clubs and Traders present and lots of interest and discussion about the models on our display.
