IPMS Salisbury Show on Saturday 31st May

Dave, Mark, Hugh, Robin, Phil and Ian, along with Ewan and Nige, rocked up to the show in Lavestock, near Salisbury.
This was really well attended and spread over two halls and, unlike last year, the Competition area was at the back of Hall 2 rather than in the separate theatre.
Finally, and best of all, The Earley Risers’ stand was awarded Best Display for the show
Overall a great day for the club and all the members attending.

The Earley Risers stand was in the larger hall this year which, given the warm weather was a really good location.
With two tables available and the good Risers turnout, we were able to put on a strong and varied display of the different subjects and styles that represents our club’s members.

Ewan, Hugh, Phil, Dave & Nige submitted entires for the competition.
Ewan achieved Gold and Hugh Silver in the Science Fiction, Fantasy and Miscellaneous class

Dave (Civilian Vehicles) and Nige (Maritime) both gained Highly Commended awards.
