Liz & Steve attended IPMS Tyneside’s Northern Model Show in North Shields. They were helped by Joe (- our local Riser!) The venue was a massive Sports Hall, filled with traders and club displays.
The 4 ERs tables were soon filled with a collection of Egg Planes, Sci-Fi and figures from Liz along with Steve’s timeline display of WW2 German Armour, Lifeboat and Tractors.

Liz won a Gold Award (a nicely engraved Whisky Glass) for her Nautilus submarine.
While Steve gained a Very Highly Commended place for his Maybach airship engine
